At Nirvora Artisan Chocolatiers, every order is prepared with care. Because chocolate is a food product that can be affected by temperature and handling, please read this policy before ordering.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or an item is missing, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order details and clear photographs of the outer package and affected product so we can assess the issue.

Chocolate affected by heat during delivery

If chocolate arrives melted or visibly heat-damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs and your order details. We review each case based on the condition of the product, delivery circumstances and available evidence, and will communicate an appropriate resolution where the claim is accepted.

Returns and change of mind

For food-safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns on food products. This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law. Do not send products back unless our team has first confirmed the return instructions.

Refunds and replacements

For an approved claim, Nirvora may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, we will explain the method and expected processing timeline. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Order cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before an order is prepared or dispatched; once it has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed before payment is requested. Whether shipping charges are refundable depends on the reason for the claim and applicable law.
